for this EP cable street revisited some of the very first songs they wrote together! they re-recorded a few tracks, laid down some brand new ones, then remixed and remastered them. they even threw in a couple of songs that have never before been released - they were just sitting there all sad and lonely on a hard drive, waiting for someone to come along and finish recording and mixing them.

sin & sonic takes this depeche mode hit in a brand new direction, reimagining the electronic classic as a modern, grungy, and sexy alternative track. sin & sonic's version contrasts with what was originally written as a ballad before it was reworked in the studio as an uptempo elecro-pop banger with an entirely analog approach and iconic "music you can get messed up and f*ck to" sound.

blood, sex, & wine is the debut single from sin & sonic, the award nominated solo project of adam dorval, lead singer from cable street. blending seductive melodies, pulsing rhythms, and filthy analog sounds, blood, sex, and wine is a dirty and erotic track that lays out the creative vision of future releases from the seasoned multi-instrumentalist.

this EP contains four completely reimagined cable street favourites that were rewritten for an entirely different, chill, coffee house feel and recorded with a stripped down setup for a raw live sound. acoustic guitars, hand percussion, and soft melodies come together to give you an entirely different cable street experience.
